My story

Angela Joy

I used to buy into society’s version of “healthy” — eat less, work out more, and work harder. I spent years overtraining, under-eating, and essentially burning myself out while chasing what looked “healthy” on the outside.

But the truth is, often what looks “healthy” or “fit” on social media is not true health. Oftentimes, it is survival mode, or severe food restriction. It just isn’t sustainable. True health means balance: taking rest days, enjoying dessert without guilt, and having energy that lasts.

Once I learned how to truly nourish my body—with the right mix of nutrition, movement, sleep, and joy—everything changed.

Now, I help women 30+ ditch the all-or-nothing mindset and create a version of health that fits their life for the long-run.
